Elevate your grilling with these perfectly cooked low GI shrimp skewers marinated in a tasty mix of herbs, lemon, and garlic.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
